Booking and Purchase Terms & Conditions

Effective date: October 11, 2026
Seller: Click It Book It VIP
Payment processor: GCP LLC
Customer service: concierge@clickitbookitvip.com

1. Your purchase agreement

These Terms apply to travel packages purchased through Click It Book It VIP. Your agreement includes these Terms, the specific package disclosures displayed before payment, and your purchase confirmation.

Please review these documents before purchasing. Keep a copy of your receipt and the terms applicable to your order. Mandatory consumer protections take priority over conflicting provisions.

2. What your purchase includes

You are purchasing only the accommodations, services, and access expressly identified in your selected package.

A package purchase is not a confirmed reservation for particular dates. It does not convey real-estate ownership, a timeshare interest, investment rights, or guaranteed future savings.

Unless expressly included, airfare, return airport transportation, travel between destinations, meals, excursions, insurance, upgrades, incidental expenses, and additional guests are separate.

For the VIP Passport Collection, each included destination requires a separate reservation and confirmation. Travel-network access does not make additional accommodation or travel purchases free.

3. Reservations and travel window

Submit reservation requests through the concierge using the contact details above. Reservations depend on availability within the purchased package’s accommodation category and disclosed restrictions.

Do not purchase nonrefundable airfare or other arrangements until you receive written accommodation confirmation.

Your purchase confirmation states the applicable travel window. Any legally required fulfillment deadline or cancellation right remains controlling. A request submitted before expiration does not by itself confirm a reservation or extend the travel window.

We will not impose new blackout dates, qualification conditions, or mandatory charges after purchase that materially reduce the purchased benefits without your agreement and any remedies required by law.

4. Required promotional sales presentation

Individual promotional stays include a required 90-minute sales presentation. The VIP Passport Collection requires a separate presentation at each of its three destinations. For the Signature Experience, a 90-minute resort preview is required only on the first included stay; its other two included stays do not require a preview.

Attendance does not obligate you to purchase a membership, timeshare, real estate, or any additional product.

Eligibility and attendance requirements

To qualify, you must be at least 28 years of age and earn a minimum annual income of $55,000 USD. Everyone participating in a stay that requires a resort preview must attend that 90-minute preview (sales presentation). If married, both spouses must attend the resort preview together. The VIP Passport Collection requires attendance at each of its three destinations. To qualify for the promotion, married participants must have at least one major credit card; single participants must have at least two major credit cards.

Contact the concierge before purchasing if you are unsure whether you meet these requirements.

Any consequence of failing to attend or satisfy a disclosed requirement must also be specifically stated and accepted before payment. These Terms do not authorize an unspecified penalty or automatic charge at an undisclosed retail rate.

Signature Experience wholesale access

The Signature Experience includes one use of each featured destination package, Luxury Lifestyle Concierge Service, and wholesale travel access after the first stay up to three times per year for up to five years. Additional travel bookings are paid separately. After the first year, an optional $249 annual activation fee is payable only in a year the wholesale access is used. No automatic renewal is authorized. This activation fee does not apply to redemption of the three included stays.

5. Prices, taxes, and additional charges

Prices are in United States dollars unless expressly stated otherwise. Your checkout shows the package amount you authorize.

Applicable local destination taxes are payable when the reservation is confirmed. Their amount, basis, and payment recipient must be disclosed as required by law before you incur the obligation.

Mandatory nongovernment fees must be included in the advertised total when required by law. Optional services require your agreement. We will not add an undisclosed mandatory fee simply because it was omitted from the advertised offer.

Your card issuer may apply foreign-exchange or international transaction fees under your agreement with that issuer.

6. Payment authorization

By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the amount shown at checkout.

GCP LLC is the payment processor for Click It Book It VIP. Click It Book It VIP is the seller responsible for fulfilling the package. Your issuer’s displayed merchant description may differ from the website’s brand name; contact us if you do not recognize a transaction.

This purchase does not authorize automatic renewals, recurring charges, or additional package charges. Any such arrangement requires separate, express authorization.

We may request reasonable verification of an order or decline a suspected unauthorized transaction. Do not send complete card numbers or security codes by email.

7. Cancellation and refunds

Nothing in these Terms limits a cancellation or refund right required by applicable law.

Where Florida’s vacation-certificate provisions apply, a purchaser may cancel within 30 days after purchase or receipt of the certificate, whichever is later. Additional rights apply when contracted accommodations are unavailable. Refunds are due within the statutory period; benefits already received may affect the refundable amount as permitted by law.

Send cancellation requests to concierge@clickitbookitvip.com with your name, order number, and a clear request to cancel. Any additional legally required notice or delivery method will be provided with your purchase documents.

Outside mandatory cancellation rights, only the package-specific cancellation policy disclosed and accepted before payment applies. These Terms alone do not make a purchase nonrefundable or authorize cancellation fees.

Refunds will ordinarily be returned to the original payment method, subject to applicable law and payment-provider requirements.

8. Reservation changes, late arrivals, and no-shows

Contact the concierge promptly to request a change or cancellation.

Reservation-specific deadlines and any permitted fees must be disclosed before you accept the reservation. Changes depend on availability. Late arrival or nonattendance may affect a confirmed stay under those disclosed conditions, but does not remove mandatory consumer rights.

9. Property descriptions and substitutions

Photographs illustrate the property and do not guarantee a particular room, view, floor, layout, or décor unless expressly included in your confirmation.

We will not substitute a materially different destination, accommodation category, or package without your agreement. If the contracted service cannot be supplied, we will explain available alternatives and applicable refund rights.

A supplier’s involvement does not eliminate obligations that the legal seller owes you.

10. Guest responsibilities

Guests must provide accurate booking information, comply with disclosed occupancy limits and reasonable property rules, and obtain passports, visas, and other necessary travel documents.

You are responsible for personal purchases and documented damage attributable to you or your guests, subject to applicable law and separately accepted property terms.

Property security deposits and incidental-payment requirements must be disclosed before reservation confirmation. This agreement does not authorize us to charge unspecified damage or incidental amounts to your purchase card.

11. Travel disruptions

Weather, transportation interruptions, public-health measures, government restrictions, and other events outside reasonable control may disrupt travel.

We will communicate known material disruptions and assist with available alternatives. Such events do not automatically eliminate legally required refunds or other remedies.

Travel insurance is not included unless expressly stated.

12. Transfers and resale

Packages may be transferred only where the purchased offer permits it and after written confirmation from the concierge. Any transfer fee must have been disclosed and accepted.

A transfer does not extend expiration dates or change qualification requirements. Commercial resale requires written permission.

13. Billing questions and payment disputes

Please contact us promptly about an incorrect charge or service concern so we can investigate.

You retain your lawful rights to contact your card issuer, dispute a charge, or seek other remedies. Contacting us first is encouraged but is not a condition of those rights.

We may provide accurate purchase, acceptance, reservation, and fulfillment records to the payment provider when responding to a dispute. We will not impose a penalty solely because you exercise a lawful dispute right.

14. Responsibility and liability

Each party remains responsible for its own obligations under this agreement and applicable law.

To the extent legally permitted, we are not responsible for indirect business losses or lost profits unrelated to the purchased travel services. This provision does not exclude liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Nothing here waives required refunds, statutory compensation, or remedies for services we fail to provide.

15. Communications and personal information

We use order and traveler information to process purchases, arrange requested services, provide customer support, and meet legal obligations. Contact customer service with questions about the handling of your information.

Completing a purchase does not constitute consent to unrelated promotional texts or marketing calls. Any required marketing consent will be requested separately.

16. Changes to these Terms

The version accepted when you purchase governs that order. Later website updates do not retroactively reduce your purchased benefits or remedies without your agreement.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory consumer protections in an applicable jurisdiction remain effective.
